Proposal for the identification of the printing house of the Corónica (Abencerraje) without date nor printer

The Abencerraje, the first Spanish Moorish novel, is conserved in three versions: Diana, Inventario and Crónica. The latter is known through two different editions: Chrónica and Corónica. To date, the printing house that was in charge of the Corónica edition is unknown. This work provides data suggesting that this edition was printed in Granada, by René Rabut and Hugo de Mena, between 1558 and 1563.
