Two problematics points are clarified in the comment of Brocense to the verses 267-281 of the First Eglogue of Garcilaso: the reference to the “cancion six” of Petrarch and the proposal of five verses of one author “antiguo” as font of this stanza. It also adds two notations concerning the descriptio puellae in Garcilaso.
