Abstract


The main objective of this paper is the study of the doctrinal innovations and amendments proposed by the Academicians J. E. Hartzenbusch, A. Fernández-Guerra y Orbe and P. F. Monlau in the Dictamen de la Comisión de Gramática (1861) of the Royal Spanish Academy, project of plant of GRAE´s 1870 edition, in order to determine, in the context of the grammatical tradition the theoretical-methodological fundamentals that motivated the reforms exposed in this report for internal use of the members of the Corporation and its repercussion on the development of the academic work.
